It's amazing how life's unexpected turns can lead to the most wonderful journeys. My adventure with Elisha Ethiopian Coffee began when I was pregnant with my first child, Elisha. Dealing with low blood pressure, my doctor suggested that I have a daily dose of either Coca Cola or a cup of coffee. Given the circumstances of the pandemic and running out of the Ethiopian coffee that I usually enjoyed, I wasn't keen on the idea of drinking Coca Cola every day. So, the search for high-quality, fresh Ethiopian coffee began, with the unwavering support of my partner.
Despite our efforts, we initially struggled to find what we were looking for. It was during this time that I realized I had to take matters into my own hands. I shared my idea of starting an Ethiopian coffee shop with my partner, and from that moment on, he stood by me every step of the way. It's almost as if I was pregnant not only with Elisha but also with the idea of Elisha Ethiopian Coffee, and both have been such incredible blessings in my life.
The journey hasn't been without its challenges, but it has also been filled with so much joy and fulfillment. From sourcing the finest Ethiopian coffee beans to creating a warm and inviting space for coffee lovers, every step has been a labor of love. And the support and encouragement from our community have been nothing short of heartwarming.
As I look back on how it all began, I can't help but feel grateful for the twists and turns that led me to this point. Elisha Ethiopian Coffee isn't just a business; it's a dream realized, a passion pursued, and a testament to the power of perseverance and belief. And as we continue to grow and evolve, I am excited for what the future holds.
